Official certifications

72-252. Official certifications. The state board shall provide a seal which shall be used in making official certifications by the commissioner or secretary. Any certification which may be made by the commissioner or secretary may be made with the same force and verity by any assistant commissioner designated by the commissioner for such purpose.
