72-257. Rules and regulations. Every rule and regulation which is adopted by the state board of education whether pursuant to statutory authority of the board or pursuant to authority granted to the board under section 2 of article 6 of the constitution of the state of Kansas, shall be adopted and filed by the board in the manner provided by the rules and regulations filing act.
