72-3349. Same; revolving fund; uses; report. The board may establish a revolving fund for the purpose of purchasing textbooks from time to time for rental purposes and repairing books previously purchased, and all money collected by the board in the operation of the plan from rental of books, payments for books lost or destroyed, and all fines, shall be placed therein. Such revolving fund shall not be subject to the annual budget, but a report of the condition thereof shall be made annually at the time the budget is published.
