72-3356. Textbook purchase by nonpublic school pupils; definitions. As used in this act: (a) "Accredited nonpublic schools in the district" means any accredited nonpublic school or schools that are located within a school district. (b) "Textbooks" means regular adopted textbooks purchased by a school district for the use of pupils enrolled in the district. (c) "Accredited" means accredited by the state board of education.
