Savings clause

72-3818. Savings clause. The provisions of this act shall not invalidate any agreement made prior to the effective date of this act under authority of K.S.A. 1968 Supp. 72-4330 (which is repealed by this act), but any amendment or renewal of such an agreement shall be subject to the provisions of this act.
