72-4008. Same; limitation on number to be obtained. No school shall have more than one driver training motor vehicle for each certified instructor teaching in a driver training program unless there is an approved program using a multi-vehicle range. Each such instructor must have an assignment in driver training. In the event there is an approved program in multi-vehicle range instruction, the state board shall certify the number of cars needed.
