72-4211. Employee benefits. (a) All employees who are participating in the operation of a charter school and who qualify for membership in the Kansas public employees retirement system shall be members of the system. (b) All employees of a school district who are participating in the operation of a charter school and who qualify for health insurance and other fringe benefit programs provided for other school district employees shall be eligible to participate in such programs.
