Same; special education and related services weighting

72-5157. Same; special education and related services weighting. The special education and related services weighting of each school district shall be determined by the state board as follows: (a) Add the amount of payments received by the school district under the provisions of K.S.A. 72-3423, and amendments thereto, to the amount of any grants received by the school district under the provisions of K.S.A. 72-3425, and amendments thereto; and (b) divide the sum obtained under subsection (a) by the BASE aid.
