72-6228. Hearing testing programs; definitions. As used in this act and the act of which this section is amendatory: (a) " Board of education" means the board of education of any school district or the governing authority of any accredited nonpublic school. (b) "Accredited nonpublic school" means all nonpublic elementary and secondary schools accredited by the state board of education. (c) "School district" means any school district organized under the laws of this state. (d) "Basic hearing screening" means a hearing testing program conducted with a calibrated audiometer.
