72-6334. Same; enforcement. The attorney general or any district attorney may enforce the provisions of the student online personal protection act by bringing an action in a court of competent jurisdiction, and may seek injunctive relief to enjoin any operator in possession of student information from disclosing any student information in violation of the provisions of the student online personal protection act.
