72-6492. Interschool district contracts for transportation. Every board of education may contract with any other board of education for transportation of students, if such contracts are consistent with K.S.A. 72-6487. Any board of education of a school district contracting to transport students of any other school district may transport such students and shall have all of the rights and powers granted under K.S.A. 72-6488, 72-6489, 72-6490 and 72-6491.
