72-6497. Same; penalty for violations. Any individual, firm, partnership, association or corporation who operates such motor vehicle in violation of the requirements of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), or confined in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
