72-6529. Same; fees and fines; authority to charge and collect; use of. The board of education of any school district may provide for the charging and collection of fees for the use of parking facilities at any school located within the school district governed by such board, and these and all fines for misuse of parking areas so collected shall be used by the board of education to benefit the school where collected for the purpose of the payment of the expense of enforcing the rules and regulations governing parking and speed limits and the construction, maintenance and repair of parking facilities at such school.
