73-3501. Official cage elevator. The cage elevator located in the Kansas state capitol building is hereby designated the official cage elevator for the state of Kansas. The cage elevator, installed in 1923, shall be maintained in operating condition for the enjoyment of state officials, workers and visitors to the Kansas state capitol building.
