73-710. Penalty for violating K.S.A. 73-705 through 73-710. Any person failing to comply with or violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
