74-129. Abolition of day care advisory committee, rehabilitation and halfway house advisory committee and natural and scientific areas advisory board. On July 1, 1984, the following state board and committees are hereby abolished: (a) The day care advisory committee created by K.S.A. 39-1004; (b) the rehabilitation and halfway house advisory committee created by K.S.A. 39-1203; and (c) the natural and scientific areas advisory board created by K.S.A. 74-6605.
