Small claims and expedited hearings division hearing officers; appointment and compensation

74-2433g. Small claims and expedited hearings division hearing officers; appointment and compensation. (a) The hearing officers of the small claims and expedited hearings division shall be appointed by the chief hearing officer of the state board of tax appeals. (b) Each hearing officer of the small claims and expedited hearings division shall receive compensation in an amount determined by the chairperson and approved by the board.
