74-2442. Transfer of powers to director of property valuation under 1957 act. There are hereby transferred to, vested in, and imposed upon, the director of property valuation to be executed and exercised by him, all the jurisdiction, rights, powers, duties and authority now vested in or imposed upon the state commission of revenue and taxation with respect to ad valorem tax administration and the assessment of state assessed property, except such as are specifically transferred to, vested in, and imposed upon, the state board of tax appeals.
