74-2447. Transfer of powers to state board of tax appeals; abolishment of state court. On July 1, 2014, there are hereby transferred to, vested in, and imposed upon, the state board of tax appeals, all the jurisdiction, rights, powers, duties and authority now vested in or imposed upon the state court of tax appeals.
