74-32,139. Abolition of former state board of regents and office of executive officer. On the effective date of this act, the following state agency and office shall be and hereby are abolished: (a) The state board of regents created by K.S.A. 74-3201, and amendments thereto; and (b) the office of executive officer of the state board of regents provided to be appointed by K.S.A. 74-3203, and amendments thereto.
