74-32,170b. Certificate of approval; court-appointed receiver for an institution; notice and copies of records; compliance with act. If a court of competent jurisdiction appoints a receiver for an institution holding a certificate of approval, the receiver shall provide the state board notice of the appointment and copies of all court orders and reports required from the receiver by the court. The court-appointed receiver shall comply with all provisions of the Kansas private and out-of-state postsecondary educational institution act. History: L. 2021, ch. 17, § 3; July 1.
