74-32,240. Purpose and intention of act. It is the purpose and intention of this act to provide a means whereby the state in cooperation with institutions of postsecondary education can provide a positive educational experience in Kansas for Kansas honor students so as to encourage such students to remain in Kansas for the attainment of their educational goals and for the fulfillment of their career aspirations.
