74-32,313. Recovery of collection costs by state board. The state board of regents may recover the reasonable costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs, attorney fees and collection agency fees, from any individual who is subject to a repayment obligation arising under any scholarship, grant or other student financial aid program established in article 32 of chapter 74 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or under any agreement entered into pursuant thereto.
