74-32,410. Allocation and distribution of state and federal funds. The state board shall be responsible for the allocation and distribution of the state and federal funds provided for pursuant to the Carl D. Perkins career and technical education act of 2006 in accordance with the state plan. Moneys allocated and distributed under the provisions of this section shall be expended only in accordance with and for the purposes specified in federal or state law or the state plan. Payments under this act may be made in installments and in advance or by way of reimbursement, with necessary adjustments on account of overpayments or underpayments. Federal funds for career and technical education shall be deposited in the state treasury.
