74-32,412. Workforce investment act, participation. The secretary of commerce and the state board of regents are hereby authorized to participate in the federal workforce investment act (public law 105-220), and amendments thereto, by providing from funds made available under the federal act and appropriated by the legislature for vocational training in accordance with and to the extent required by the federal act.
