74-32,451. Supervision by state board; rules and regulations. Technical colleges shall be under the general supervision of the state board of regents. All rules and regulations of the state board of regents which relate to supervision of area vocational schools and area vocational-technical schools shall be construed to apply to technical colleges until revised, amended, repealed or nullified by the state board.
