74-3244. Rights in judicial and administrative proceedings saved. No suit, action or other proceeding, judicial or administrative, lawfully commenced, or which could have been commenced, by or against the state education commission abolished by this order, or by or against any employee of such office in his or her official capacity or in relation to the discharge of his or her official duties, shall abate by reason of the governmental reorganization effected under the provisions of this order. The court may allow any such suit, action or other proceeding to be maintained by or against the state board of regents or any employee affected. History: L. 1975, ch. 463, § 15; July 1.
