74-4546. Sand Hills state park; state park and resources authority to acquire certain lands. The state park and resources authority shall acquire from the appropriate state agency, as authorized by K.S.A. 74-4512, jurisdiction and control of the following described tract of land located in Reno county, Kansas, which is presently held for the use and benefit of the state industrial reformatory, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: All of section 23, township 22 south, range 5 west of the 6th P.M., in Reno county, Kansas. Further, the state park and resources authority is hereby authorized and directed to acquire by private donation, as authorized by K.S.A. 74-4510, jurisdiction and control of the following tract of land adjacent to Sand Hills state park and located in Reno county, Kansas: The east half of section 22, township 22S, range 5W. The state park and resources authority shall acquire by purchase, as authorized by K.S.A. 74-4510, jurisdiction and control of the following tracts of land adjacent to Sand Hills state park and located in Reno county, Kansas: The west half of the northeast quarter of section 27, containing 80 acres more or less, and a portion of the southwest quarter of section 22, lying east of the former C.
