74-4910a. Kansas advocacy board as eligible employer. (a) The Kansas advocacy board shall be an eligible employer in the Kansas public employees retirement system for all purposes under the system. The Kansas advocacy board may affiliate with the system on July 1, 1989, or on any entry date thereafter. (b) The provisions of this section shall be effective on and after July 1, 1989.
