74-4978e. Application of certain laws to members electing under K.S.A. 74-4978b. Except as otherwise provided by this act, a patrolman who elects to become a member of the Kansas police and firemen's retirement system under the provisions of this act shall be subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 74-4951 to 74-4977, inclusive, and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
