74-50,100. Authority to award grants terminated. (a) No planning grants shall be awarded to applicants from nonmetropolitan counties under this act on or after July 1, 1995. No planning grants shall be awarded to metropolitan counties under this act on or after July 1, 1997. (b) No action grants shall be awarded to applicants from nonmetropolitan counties under this act on or after July 1, 1997. No action grants shall be awarded to applicants from metropolitan counties under this act on or after July 1, 1998.
