74-50,210. Title and intent of act. (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 74-50,210 through 74-50,219, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the promoting employment across Kansas act. (b) It shall be the intent of this act to foster economic development and the creation of new jobs and opportunities for the citizens of Kansas and to incentivize the location of business facilities, other operations and jobs in Kansas.
