74-50,291. Title of act; definitions. (a) K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act. (b) As used in K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto: (1) "Act" means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act; and (2) "commission" means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial.
