74-5002e. Application of documentary references and designations. (a) Whenever the department of economic development, or words of like effect, is referred to or designated by a statute, contract or other document, such reference or designation shall be deemed to apply to the department of commerce. (b) Whenever the secretary of economic development, or words of like effect, is referred to or designated by a statute, contract or other document, such reference or designation shall be deemed to apply to the secretary of commerce.
