74-505c. Acceptance reports by secretary in lieu of affidavits and verified reports. The secretary of agriculture is hereby authorized to accept, in lieu of affidavits and verified reports required to be filed pursuant to K.S.A. 2-1004, 2-1205 and 2-2507, and amendments thereto, a report which otherwise complies with the requirements of the appropriate section, and is signed by an authorized person or official.
