74-515a. Powers, duties, authority and jurisdiction of entomological commission conferred on department of agriculture; commission abolished. All the powers, duties, authority, and jurisdiction now vested in and imposed upon the state entomological commission and its secretary by articles 4, 7, 21, and 24, chapter 2 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, are hereby transferred to and conferred upon the Kansas department of agriculture and its secretary, and the secretary of agriculture is hereby empowered and directed to do all things necessary and convenient for the proper exercise of all such powers, duties, authority and jurisdiction.
