74-5348. References to certified psychologists deemed to apply to licensed psychologists. (a) Whenever certified psychologist, or words of like effect, is referred to or designated by a statute, rule and regulation, contract or other document in reference to a psychologist certified under the certification of psychologists act of the state of Kansas, such reference or designation shall be deemed to apply to a licensed psychologist under the licensure of psychologists act of the state of Kansas. (b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the licensure of psychologists act of the state of Kansas. History: L. 1986, ch. 299, § 43; June 1.
