74-6701. Commission on disability concerns established within office of the governor; budgeting and management functions; expenditures. (a) There is hereby established within and as a part of the office of governor the commission on disability concerns. (b) All budgeting, purchasing and related management functions of the commission shall be administered under the direction of the office of the governor. All vouchers for expenditures and all payrolls of the commission shall be approved by the chairperson of the commission, or by a person or persons designated by the chairperson, and by the office of the governor.
