74-7332. Same; crime victims compensation fund. (a) On July 1, 1989, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer all moneys in the crime victims reparations fund to the crime victims compensation fund. On July 1, 1989, all liabilities of the crime victims reparations fund are hereby imposed upon the crime victims compensation fund, and the crime victims reparations fund is hereby abolished. (b) Whenever the crime victims reparations fund, or words of like effect, is referred to or designated by statute, contract or other document, such reference or designation shall mean and apply to the crime victims compensation fund.
