74-8757. Age restrictions for lottery facility games, electronic gaming machines and sports wagers. (a) A person less than 21 years of age shall not be permitted in an area where electronic gaming machines or lottery facility games are being conducted, except for a person at least 18 years of age who is an employee of the lottery gaming facility manager or the racetrack gaming facility manager. No employee under age 21 shall perform any function involved in gaming by the patrons. (b) No person under age 21 shall play or make a wager on an electronic gaming machine game or a lottery facility game. (c) No person under age 21 shall directly or indirectly make a wager on any sporting event or otherwise be permitted to engage in sports wagering.
