74-9103. Same; executive director and staff. The Kansas sentencing commission shall appoint an executive director and such staff as is necessary to perform such duties as directed by the commission. The staff of the commission shall be in the unclassified service under the Kansas civil service act and shall receive compensation fixed by the commission with the approval of the governor. The staff shall receive reimbursement of all actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of its official duties. History: L. 1989, ch. 225, § 3; April 27.
