74-99b05. Executive committee established; duties. (a) The board shall establish an executive committee of the authority, to be composed of the chairperson, the vice-chairperson, the secretary and two additional members of the board to be chosen by the chairperson from the remaining voting directors. (b) The executive committee, in intervals between meetings of the board, may transact any business of the board that has been delegated to the executive committee.
