Transfer of printing depreciation reserve fund to intragovernmental printing service depreciation reserve fund; transfer of state printer's operating fund to intragovernmental printing service fund. On the effective date of this act, all amounts in the printing depreciation reserve fund shall be transferred by the director of accounts and reports to the intragovernmental printing service depreciation reserve fund. On the effective date of this act, all assets and liabilities of the state printer's operating fund shall be transferred by the director of accounts and reports to the intragovernmental printing service fund.
