Duties of attorney general

75-2751. Duties of attorney general. Upon request of the board, the attorney general shall aid in any investigation, inspection, hearing or trial pursuant to the provisions of this act and shall institute and prosecute all necessary actions or proceedings for the enforcement of this act. The attorney general shall report to or confer with the board regarding any such request within 30 days after receipt of the request. History: L. 1989, ch. 234, § 11; July 1.
