75-3360. Same; conditions of conveyance; reverter clause. (a) The secretary may sell or lease the real estate described in K.S.A. 75-3359 for one dollar and other good and valuable consideration and without the necessity of appraisal, bid or publication. (b) In the event that the real estate described in K.S.A. 75-3359 is not continuously used as a workshop for the blind and operated by a charitable not-for-profit organization, ownership of the real estate shall automatically revert back to the state of Kansas. The title to the real estate shall revert back to the state of Kansas immediately upon discovery that the property is being used for an unintended purpose or is being operated by other than a charitable not-for-profit organization.
