75-37,111. Definitions. As used in this act: (a) "State agency" means any state office or officer, department, board, commission, bureau, division, authority, agency or institution of this state, except political subdivisions of the state, requesting or receiving appropriations from the state treasury; and (b) "agency head" means an individual or body of individuals in which the ultimate legal authority of the state agency is vested by any provision of law.
