75-420. Same; fund; disposition. All moneys collected from the sale of such flags and banners shall be remitted by the secretary of state to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of a special fund designated as "the state flag and banner fund," which fund is hereby created.
