75-4254. Bonds of state agency or authority; investments authorized. The director of investments may invest and reinvest the moneys of surplus proceeds and surplus reserves in: (a) Investments enumerated in K.S.A. 10-131, and amendments thereto; or (b) the pooled money investment portfolio.
