75-458. Designation of enrolling agents. The attorney general shall designate enrolling agents to assist persons applying to be program participants. The attorney general may collaborate with enrolling agents to develop a training curriculum. Any assistance rendered to applicants by the attorney general or the attorney general's designees shall not be construed as legal advice.
