75-5045. Advisory committee; functions, powers and duties. The advisory committee shall have the following functions, powers and duties: (a) To assist the secretary of transportation in setting priorities under the rail service assistance program; and (b) to provide such advice and assistance as the secretary of transportation deems necessary in carrying out the provisions of the rail service assistance program.
